FORMS OF COPYWRITING

         Copywriting is the ability of creative advertising in managing words and creating advertising scripts that combine work and art to fulfill sales messages. Copywriting is writing with various styles and approaches produced by strategy, planning and collaboration between clients.

What is the purpose of Copywriting? The purpose is :
- Established buying behavior. 
- Fulfillment of sales messages.

         Copywriting must have an A.I.D.A. What is meant by A.I.D.A ???
         A.I.D.A stands for A = Attention, I = Interest, D = Desire and A = ActionSuccessful copywriting is copywriting that is most easily remembered by the public, or if you are lucky to be a trademark, so, copywriting must have an A.I.D.A element. Well, copywriting has various forms.         The definition of Television Commercial is information or messages that are conveyed to the general public with the aim of introducing, inviting, persuading the public to want or participate in a particular invitation that is posted or published through one-way audio visual information media tools in the form of advertisements and film-shaped advertisements.
        Most of the advertisements on television today consist of short spots, ranging in length from a few seconds to several minutes. This kind of advertising has been used to promote various kinds of goods, services and marketing ideas starting from the active start time of television shows.         
        Commercial Radio is a media that aims to promote a product or contain an appeal in the form of audio via radio.
        In TV and Radio Commercial there are usually jingles. Jingles is an image of an advertisement that is realized in the form of music. In a jingle there must be meaning or messages related to what you want to advertise or promote. The benefits of jingles are to attract the attention of the public, so it must be as creative as possible in making jingles to attract the attention of the public.

  • Press Release 
        Press Release is a series of information made by companies or organizations to be disseminated to the public through the media. This activity is related to activities carried out by companies that are considered to have benefits for the public.
         In order for the press release to be considered important by the public & to be broadcast by the media, the Press release must have the following elements :
    1. Basic Publicity Release, this is related to various general information containing news value for the media
    2. Product Release, every company often launches products or services that need to be known by the public
    3. Financial Release, this topic often becomes public consumption when it comes to large companies or has a large financial value.

        Billboards is a form of outdoor advertising promotion. Billboard is a form of poster with a large enough size that is placed in a high place and in certain crowded places and many people pass.

        Offline Brochures, Leaflets and Catalogues are where sellers come to buyers by offering goods door to door or by distributing brochures, leaflets and catalogs. Online Brochures, Leaflets and Catalogues are promotions that use internet media, which do not require physical presence. Products can be seen in detail through images / information on the website so that it saves time and effort.

Difference of Brochures, Leaflets and Catalogues:
      - Brochure
Brochure which is a book that is intentionally published in an irregular period with a number of sheets not related to other publications. The size starts from 1 page of folded folio / A4 paper.
      Leaflets
Leaflets are small sheets of paper containing printed messages to be distributed to the public as information about an event.
      Catalogues
Catalogues usually contain more complete information than leaflets or brochures, it is appropriate to promote a large number of products. The catalog contains more complete information, from information about product specifications, product images, advantages and disadvantages, even the price of the product.

         Online Advertisement is a term used to describe forms of online advertising that focus on social networking services. Using this information, social media allows users to see advertisements that might be of interest to them.

        Many social media offer various ways to advertise brands. The following are examples of popular social media sites and features for advertising on social media :
- Facebook provides advertiser options such as promoted posts, sponsored stories, page posting ads, Facebook objects, such as advertisements, and standard external website ads.
- Twitter has promoter tweets, trends, and promoted accounts that appear on users' newsfeeds.
- YouTube has branded channels, promoted videos, video ads.
